I then asked another employee for the name of their manager, but they questioned me, "Why do you need that?" All the staff refused to give me this information. Finally, the same young lady returned and claimed, "I am the manager. What do you want?" I asked for her name, but again, the staff refused to provide it. I told her, "You really need to learn how to treat people and drop this attitude." At that point, she became aggressive and threatened me, saying, "I will kick you out," urging me to leave. I didn’t want to leave because my children were enjoying the playground, and my youngest started crying because of how out of control this staff member was. I strongly advise against dining here. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

We had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's on Spring Forest Road last week. The kids were excited to check if the playground was open, and they were thrilled to find out that it was! This was particularly delightful considering we had some thunderstorms passing through that afternoon. We ordered our meals using the kiosk, and everything came out just as we requested. At one point, I had to step away with the kids to get some more food, but they were having a blast!

Avoid this place at all costs if you value good service. I wish I could give them a lower rating. When ordering, be careful not to request anything complicated, as they seem incapable of handling special requests. For instance, if you order ice cream, you expect it to be melted in the bowl rather than stirred into your drink. It’s frustrating when requests go ignored, and the staff doesn't seem to notice. It’s shocking how they only come back to ask if they can mix your drink instead of fulfilling your original order. I understand that the workers are earning minimum wage, but they can’t seem to manage even the simplest tasks for which I’m paying. This has been a recurring issue over several months. I’m relieved that I’ll be moving soon, and I hope to find a Dunkin’ or something similar on my route.

The girl that took my order was rude, pommes cold, tee tasted down. I use a manager so I know how to do the things, and they should not have extremely long nails, nor be on their handy when they treat food. this is a security problem, the only reason I stopped here was to eat something to my son and what a terrible mistake I made. do not go to this one there is much more in this opposite

Service was awful. Associate was not trained properly. Completely screwed up my order. She spent more time asking me to pull to the second window instead of reading my order back to me. I was charged over $10 for 2 chicken breakfast sandwiches. When I asked for a receipt, there was attitude. Very unorganized inside with lots of people looking busy but not productive. I had to get out of my car to go inside for a receipt. I was definitely overcharged. I won't be back.
