Goodberry's Frozen Custard - Raleigh

Normally is a great place, but tonight the erzeos were hardly mixed into the concrete. it was similar to a mkflurry where there is literally nothing on the floor.

I am now a believer: custard ice cream. that is to say, this is a more premium product than its average frozen dessert, expect to pay premium prices. if they love ice cream, it is worth every penny.

Poor customer service , typically the service here has been good I'm visiting from out of town and wanted to go to a childhood favorite of mine. After waiting 20 minutes for a small cup of ice cream and sundae I asked the status of my order after seeing multiple orders go out that the cashier seemed to know. We were informed she lost our ticket and didn't know what we had is why she didn't make make. Definitely not the best way to handle it as she could have simply asked instead of making us wait. Unfortunately I will not be back irs ashame this customer service has been reduced to this

Standard visit to Goodberry's. We went because the flavor of the day was gingerbread. I love malt, and I got malt and cheesecake and it was absolutely amazing! They also had peppermint bark custard on sale, which was simply divine! Goodberry's is always a treat, for the whole family to enjoy. We love coming here and getting flavors of the day, I highly recommend gingerbread next time they have it!

Very tasty custard. Tables are FILTHY and STICKY. Asked for a wet paper towel to wipe tables off and was ignored.
