El Cerro - Raleigh

I absolutely love Mexican cuisine, especially seafood. I had the chance to sample some delicious seafood at this restaurant today. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. One thing I really appreciate about Mexican restaurants is that they serve tortilla and salsa as soon as you sit down, so there's no need to wait for your food.

I absolutely adore this restaurant; it's my favorite go-to spot when I'm not in the mood to cook dinner. However, they are very stingy with their salsa. Please, could they make more salsa? We absolutely love the food, but the salsa is the highlight. How about putting two bowls on the table and offering more salsa on DoorDash? Or maybe they could provide two containers of salsa, or offer larger containers of salsa?

I ordered this by doorstep because my normal Mexican stains were closed for the night. was surprised when it lasted less than 30 minutes from ordering to delivery, but somehow eating was all cold (not lukewarm), with congealed sauces. chips were cold. salsa was just tomato sauce. pico was a few days old and mad and had to be tortured. tomatenpaste alone seemed to be the soße on enchiladas. not a clue what it was about the evil deception, but this is not like any deception I've ever had, it was super gland and not sure what was inside. there was no leaf around it and it was covered in a sose that was in order to remember how bad everything was. tacos were completely rough and soggy and the salat in them was already devastated and rough, even before I tried unsuccessfully to repair the dinge in the many. the Nachos court was dipped in a cheese and super soggy, I couldn't save it in many times. I tried to eat it, but honestly, it was only rough of the resistance. there were almost no tomato, and everything was super embarrassing. I'll never eat here again. other Mexican place also with delivery, which takes almost an hour, still comes in decent condition. the food looked good visually, but that was not a quality food. Taco bell would be better, honest, and also heats up better. I spent the money for this last night. they save themselves and go to another restaurant for their food. he's bad.

This place is terrible. The food is always luke warm, the cuts of meat taste cheap, and the food is thrown into the plate in sloppy fashion, plus the flavors are lacking. I can easily think of 10 Mexican American restaurants that are better.
