Church's Chicken - Raleigh

This Church Chicken restaurant is very small compared to every other Church Chicken restaurant I've been. We were a family of 6 and there were just 3 tables with 2 seats each and 1 table of 4 seats, and if I would've move things around it would've been uncomfortable. Employees are good. I made a big order and had to check my order twice because I was missing some combos. When I claimed the missing combos they gave them to me without hesitation or questioning.

It was straight up disgusting. As soon as I bit into the chicken, there was straight up grease in my mouth. I spat out the chicken instantly and then the chicken was very slimey, and very undercooked….No disrespect but this restaurant shouldn’t exist. This is a -5/10 in my book. The biscuits still be hittin tho. But if you plan on getting some chicken, DO NOT GO HERE. Even Mickey D’s and Burger King has better chicken than Church’s and those are burger joints.

I don't know what has happened to Church's but it's nothing like it use to be.. They use to have some of the best fried chicken around.. The last couple of times I got food there ,the chicken taste like they hadn't changed the cooking oil this whole year.. The place was filthy, and the service people had the worst attitudes.. They need to tear that place down and rebuild from the ground up and get new people that know how to appreciate having a job with the public....

We arrived right at the opening, but the online time was wrong (it has since been updated). The food was great, it was our first time going to Church's, but it will be taking out next time. The staff was a bit callus and the restaurant was very rough. However, the food almost makes it worth it. I would just reccomend take out, while the sun is up.

Great chicken. But they let people inside who ask you for food while your ordering. Not cool. Wish there were more franchise's.
