I've never experienced such a long wait for my order at Chick-fil-A before. Even during the busiest times, my order wasn't placed in a timely manner. I hope they can improve on this.

The girls with glasses and black hair were quite rude. They were playing with a band-aid and didn’t wash their hands. Then, they took the order that was behind mine, even though I was standing right there. When I politely pointed out the mistake, they didn’t greet me properly when they started working on my order. Their behavior was very unprofessional and discourteous.
