Boston Market - Raleigh

Stopped by this location with a friend today and the food was great. Although I wanted to order the meatloaf, they said I couldn't because there was a recall. So my friend ordered the quarter chicken plate with two sides and I ordered the large turkey plate with two sides and it was very good. We didn't have to wait long at all like less than 5 minutes they took our order and had our food ready. Everyone that work there was super nice and helpful and the restaurant was very clean. I only get 4 stars instead of 5 because I wanted to meatloaf and they didn't have it.

First time eating here! From WA State. Great customer service! Greeted as I walked, asked to join the rewards program and informed on B1G1 coupons via the receipts (NOT printed on Saturdays BTW) Makes coming here again easy on the wallet! Clean bathrooms, ample parking, and easy to get in/out (this area can be a pain sometimes! They get 5*

Really think this Boston Market location is doing things right. They make great chicken. And the sides are good. The people who work here are always so nice, accommodating, and helpful. There is always a new side to try and some good looking pie to add on for dessert. If you want to make sure they have your big to-go order, you may want to call ahead. Sometimes you might have to wait for more to come out of the oven. Overall I am very pleased and recommend it!

Always consistent. In my opinion, BM has the best fast food available. So much better than the burger joints at pretty much the same price. This particular location feels a little worn down to me, but it 's clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating. I keep going in there really close to closing time due to my work schedule and they are always kind, friendly and courteous even though they 've already gotten halfway through the nightly cleanup by the time I usually get there. It 's only the 'tired ' surroundings that keeps me from rating a full 5 stars.

This was the worst experience ever plan to get Thanksgiving dinner before I tonight, so the website was closed early I think on online order, so I told them to come 10 they there was a great circus mess catering online ordering at once, so we had the people who had not ordered to wait in line to 11 and then they said 12 cars were all out in a terrible service it was ever done in a line. I never want to go back to this place, because it is so unorganized food boxes over the place in the people in and out, but we are still in the line
