Recommend going somewhere else. 0/2 on my experiences. Second time the guy didn?t even take anyones order or open the window. 2 hours til close.

Went on a 6/24/22 at 6 pm they did drive thru only and were out off waffle cones]

Terrible customer service and rude employees . Came in at 8:30 (they close at 9:00), the employees were helping another customer in the store and after they left the workers walked to the back after we’ve been waiting to be helped. All we wanted was a scoop of ice cream and they said sorry we’re closed after us standing there waiting. We left with no ice cream and after I told the two guys that they could have told us they were closed they proceeded to say that “they did not care”. Most definitely calling corporate. Worst service ever. These reviews are too consistent with lack of customer service. As a business owner myself, I’d never treat my customers like that. They need new staff asap.

Who ever worked night shift on 2-17-22 were not doing their jobs. You could see them inside during opening hour but locked the doors and wouldn't answer the drive thru. I will be calling corporate about this and morning manager aswell
