Arby's - Raleigh

The service here is consistently slow. Every time I visit, I'm told to move and wait, likely to avoid disclosing their absurd wait times. Once I finally place my order, it often takes ages to arrive and is usually incorrect. I'm really frustrated with this place.

Young supervisor taking orders in the drive-thru was exceptionally courteous professional and did his job well...however, the personnel responsible for filling my order dropped the ball. Had to send them back for a missing drink only to discover upon getting home with my order that I was missing not one, but both my orders of small fries. Disappointing.

This place has the best sandwiches. The staff is very helpful. I'll try the reuben and the gyro next time.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered two small shakes, two small curly fries, and a large fish deluxe meal at the drive-thru. However, the cashier was extremely careless and unprofessional. He took my two coupons but didn’t apply them to my bill. When I asked him about it, he just pressed the buttons on the register three times in front of me and kept insisting that I had another coupon (which wasn't even included in my bill). He was rude when I mentioned that I typically only take one bag—he ended up slamming the window shut! When I received my order, it contained the shakes and fries, but no meal or drinks. I tried calling the store three times, but no one answered. It’s no surprise they only have a two-star rating!

This restaurant was once a great spot, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. The staff members are not only discourteous to customers but also to one another. It seems they're more focused on goofing off than actually doing their jobs.
