Abyssinia Ethiopian - Raleigh

Really good food and atmosphere. Authentic! Great flavors! It was my first time here and the food was very good. That's it! Back!

Very disappointing Ethiopian Food Experience. Food is not authentic. Have tried some ingenious Ethiopian foods in the east coast. This is below average. We had at least expected a good service. But the food came very late, despite the fact that we were the only customer and the quality was unstoppable.

I had a meal here and I was so excited! The food was amazing. The lenses are wonderful, especially the red lenses, and so is everything else I tried. I would strongly recommend you to come here! Yes, the service was definitely slower than I used to in a restaurant, but I expected that Ethiopian cuisine is not particularly fast. It took a reasonable time to come for our food, and boy, it was worth waiting. Delicious and tasteful, without being overwhelming. Other reviewers said wait a long time before they sit or even greeted, but that was not the case either for my party or the other guests I saw coming. We were all greeted and telephoned. The more important factor for me was that the server was friendly, helpful and ingenious. It's been a while since I enjoyed a meal I didn't sneak at. It was a great place to go and chat with friends, catch up, and have a great, delicious and filling meal together. I will definitely visit again!

The food was delicious, there are vegetarian / vegan options. People were welcoming and the food came in time. I also know that we were not rushed (I want to take my time to dinner! and music was excellent. Everything was coronated by a good price. Absolutely come back!

First I don't know what a previous post was talking about an 80% health dpt rating. I am looking at the sign and it is 96.5. Anyway really good food. We got the vegetarian and meat combo platters and couldn't finish them. Everything was flavorful and tasty. Seated quickly, friendly waitress and food came in a timely manner.
