We love the staff and the food, but we're not thrilled about the prices. We used to go every Saturday, and sometimes on other days too. My wife and I would typically have breakfast for around $12.00, but last week, the same meal cost us $27.00. It seems there are new owners, and it's clear they might not have a solid grasp of the business. A small price increase is understandable, but over 100% is just unacceptable. We'll really miss the food and the wonderful people here.

The service is quick and well-organized, even in such a busy location. The food is always served hot and reasonably priced. I particularly enjoy the red beans and rice!

I was in the rainbow city location orderd 2 ,3 piece tenders with fries. 3 other customers were in there complaining about orders being wrong so i counted the boxes and bags thought it was right drove home and 1 box was fries and 1 box was 3 tindersthey wont answer the phone and i cant get the general managers info now i ha e to kids mad as hell cause they have to split 1meal nit happy customers

The service is making an effort to improve, but the new management has increased prices while reducing portion sizes. Rather than focusing solely on maximizing profits, I believe management should prioritize paying employees a fair wage that makes them feel valued and ensuring they receive better treatment, particularly with regard to staffing.
