El Tapatio Mexican Ii - Gadsden

Gorgeous view overlooks the lake. Some of the best food I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant! The chili poblano’s were exceptional! Not very breaded, And not oily, which is rare to find! My husband and I, 2 sons and daughters-in-law and 5 grandkids We’re so glad we decided to try this place out. Incredibly friendly workers, gave the grandkids, special attention, they had a nice bar in the atmosphere is really pretty. Very clean bathrooms!!!

We love the food, the people that works there, everything about it...

We really enjoyed our meal. The chips and salsa are the best of any we've tried. We had chalupas and rice; both of these dishes were perfectly seasoned, hot, and delicious. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere was clean and colorful. We were seated with a lovely view of the mighty Coosa River. All in all, a good experience and we will definitely return!

To high price for the food you get. We will not go back. We do not recommend the Gadsden Alabama location that is on Rainbow Drive. There are too many other Mexican restaurants to go to. Food was nasty, and for 7 people, our check was outrageous.

Totally outstanding food service got food fast everything was hot and very delicious my wife finished her whole plate as I did also we got the melted cheese to have with the chips and salsa they are amazing together we will be back for sure A+
