There is a reason this place is rated 93.5. See pic. Hesitant to try, there was no other cars in the parking lot, so either everyone is at work or this location is missing something, I went to the restroom first. See my mushroom burger ... after eating almost the entire burger I noticed only 1 piece of swiss. I asked a young lady working there how many slices are supposed to be on the swiss burger. She replied 2. Asked for the manager which is the gentleman who took my order. Informed him my burger only had 1 slice of cheese and since the burger has been 98% eaten could I get a coupon for a next visit. He replied he could remake the burger... he has to ask his GM about my request. After returning from the back he said he could only remake the sandwich. Reluctantly I agreed. After a few minutes of waiting, it had been prepared by two gentlemen nesr the grill area that I could not view. Checked the sandwich at the counter for all to see the second slice of swiss. Will visit another location or other food establishment. Unsure why the GM stayed in the back room.
