Juicy Crab - Fayetteville

Too little food for too much price. it left much to wish. we tried the lobster tail, the snowcab and the fried garnel. their quantity of food is less than they get from a running gear thru for less money. sweet waitress and clean restaurant.

Today was my first time trying the food. It was great. I placed a order online and they completed the order fast. I love how they placed a bib and gloves in the bag for you. The cashier was very polite and helpful.

I went to the Juicy Crab and ordered just like anyone else. Near the end of my meal, I found a long black hair in my food. I went to report it respectfully and the woman working the front took my food back. They did not tell me what was being done about the situation. So after a few minutes of waiting I went and asked what was going on. She stated she did not know what was happening and went to go check for me. She came back and told me that they were already preparing the food, however I told her I don’t want more food, just simply my refund. She then brought a manager out because she said that he said, “it wouldn’t be possible”. The manager at the time was Brian Lee. He came out and I explained the situation and how I just wanted my money back. He claimed that because I had eaten too much of my food he couldn’t do a refund. This is absolutely not right, it shouldn’t matter when I found the hair, it’s the fact that it was in the bag of food in the first place. We sat there and disputed the issue, while he talked about how their cleanliness was rated a 99 and everyone wore hair nets. All of which is very irrelevant, being that the hair was still found. After going back and forth, I told him don’t worry about it, because he couldn’t see the point of view I was attempting to explain. I will not be back at this location and will be contacting their corporate about this incident. Very unprofessional.

I can't speak on the dining in experience but we ordered thru door dash and this food was pretty great. Nicely seasoned, spicy sauce had a good amount of heat. I ordered the mussels and the flavor was great. The fried calamari was a little lacking in the taste department but decent. The little crab bites were amazing. They were smaller than what was pictured on the site but the taste was that of a mini crab cake!! The sauce that came with the crab bites was tasty. I will never eat at the tasty crab after eating here! Can't wait to taste more items and post about them??

Some of the best cajun food around. Everything is fresh and I only had to wait a couple of minutes. Fast service and friendly people!
