The owner works with top quality Ecuadorian fish (sierra, swordfish, Chilean salmon...) and offers very original sushi options like the Scandinavian with yogurt and raspberry, which explodes with flavor in your mouth, or others with hints of coffee and cocoa. Forget about sodas - they don't sell them because they don't allow you to fully enjoy all the flavors - but for drinks you have options like craft beer or a cherry and ginger tea that we tried and was delicious.
