Officialy the most karen hotel of Tasmania, Staff were rude, i ordered two rooms and one of the microwaves were absolutely disgusting, my partner tried to get a room swap as we could not deal with the smell and they didn't beleive us at all, second they did not put our two rooms closer to each other as they mixed up the process and originally tried to only give one room. The karens in the restaurant were just as bad as when I ordered the chocolate lavender icecream they showed no professionalism when placing the plates instead they just chucked them on the table and said here is your order and left . I will never come here again when I travel for work...
