Kfc - Queens

This is a fairly small kfc, but the food and service is acceptable. the workers were pretty nice and well communicated. I have a few problems though: from whatever reason, the prices in the load are much lower than they are on the app. So, when they come to pick up from here, it is worth ordering and waiting only in the business instead of trying to make an online/in-app order.2 they have no rewards system like any other great fast food chain including their main competitors popeyes. neither these things are the fault at this special KFC location, but I do not factor them into my assessment. I only include these information to use all the customers who read this review. for this KFC location:1, however, the following is specific. this is the second time that I visited and unfortunately the nashville hot chicken wings did not taste as good as they first bought it. they were oily. as if they literally swim in oil. even though they were spicy, they did not taste like nashville hot. I don't know what happened this time with the sauce. it wasn't necessarily bad, but it wasn't almost as good as the first time that I had it from here or when I had the nashville hot spells at the kfc in queens center mall.2 their prizes are a bit too high. I think popeyes hits them on prices for almost any comparable menu item and I honestly like popeyes much more.3 I have seen a few feathers in their chicken wings. no good sign. overall there is really not much tempting me to become a regular here when popeyes is not much far down Jamaica ave, tastes better, has better prices, has an app with a good design, and has also rewards and a score system. it doesn't matter to me that I come here a few times to try something else, but I find it difficult to look at this kfc my baked chicken restaurant.

I have on 10/22/22 approx. 9 o'clock a family dinner at Woodhaven location (the closest one is). the opposite said that I had to wait about 15 minutes as they had technical problems. the system approved my attack 35.91 asked to remove the card. they didn't want to give me that! there must be a quitting. I then showed them my bank app that this was already taken. they didn't care. I was told that I should wait a few days to get a refund and I didn't have enough to buy anything else. family home was all hungry angry. I called citibank the next day to submit a request. I have to wait about 120 to get this back. I would never go to this place again.

I just got a job through a grubhub. I ordered original received crispy in oil and deep fried. friends were also evil. met was so dry up to a point where I could not even chew. never order here again.

The worst kfc I've ever had was that huhn so dry, it wasn't good and it looks like they didn't change the oil long. they let me wait for an hour and they wanted to give me 10 bucks from no reason. the prep station seemed dirty. overall a terrible experience.

I ordered dinner from here via Uber. The order was mostly incorrect and the drink was warm b/c it had no ice. Of the entire 6 item order, only 2 items was correct. The drink imo does not count as correct as it was warm. Never ordering from here again!
