Fansway Teriyaki Sushi Kitchen - Queens

After reading reviews warning about the inconsistency of the service, I decided to try out this restaurant. I ordered a volcanic roll but received a Californian roll instead. When I called to address the mistake, the staff was rude and abruptly hung up on me. Despite tipping generously and looking forward to my meal, the negative encounter with the staff and being overcharged for the incorrect dish definitely soured the experience.

Everything I ordered was great, except for the bento with roasted rice that had a silver wire in it. As much as I wanted to recommend this restaurant, the presence of foreign objects in the food poses a health risk for customers. I will not be coming back. They need to be more cautious in the preparation of food, as any slip-up could be detrimental to the business.

The chicken teriyaki is expertly cooked and delicious. The sauce is flavorful and complements the teriyaki well.

Tried this place before with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I liked the awesome character and yummy food and beverages. Great work.
