Dunkin' - Queens

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for over 6 months now, normally I order online and come to pick it up nice and quick; but, the other day my order was not ready so I waited on the side and was greeted by a roach. When I told the lady at the register, she pretended that she did not hear. I wish I had taken a photo of the roach that was parading over the counter. The door had a big A grade on it, but I do not think I can trust these signs too much. I will not be going back to this DD, there is cleaner one located on Austin street.

Worse place !! Ever. Donuts are not accurate drinks are not accurate. !! Nothing is ! Disgusting ???? The manager knows 0 English !!! And tells you what they know and what they think so if you come there with something that shattered or broken and that?s what was given to you they literally stand there for 10 minutes arguing with you back-and-forth and how you broke it and they didn?t give it to you like those even though they?re always in a rush and they just hand things over to you even other peoples drinks not paying attention don?t go there!!!

I?ve been to this store twice, both times ordered the same drink, both time the same employee served it.. Horrible tasteless drink not at all the taste i know that refresher has.

The store hours are From 5 am! This is like 3 times I went in the morning the staff are inside it?s past 5 and door is close! This morning I went 5:15 door is open but she?s not serving keep doing her thing like seriously!! so why you guys open at 5 if you don?t wanna serve the customer! I?ve been very patient with this location not to say anything but this morning was the worse! I?ve been Dunkin? doughnut customer for years! But no more!

Be careful if you eat there there's a homeless guy who's always hanging out in the store who has LICE and smells bad. THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO now its clean and the service is really good so ????for ???? and ?
