Dunkin' - Queens

As soon as I walked in, I saw an employee washing his face in the sink (behind the counters). That should've been my cue to leave right away. I walked up to the counter anyways and greeted another employee at the register, he ignored me and didn't even look up. Then the face washer came to take my order, which he kept ringing in the wrong order, and the short rude employee kept correcting him. I told them forget it and left the store. These employees need to remember this isn't their home and they need to be trained how to work as professionals. Never coming back to this location.

I have been a loyal customer of this location for going on 5 years. I know everyone well. They greet my kids by name. I've never had an issue until today which makes me really sad. I went in and asked for 3 orders of the $2 egg and cheese wraps. I ordered a large coffee, 2 hash browns, a cup of chocolate donut balls and 1 coffee roll. However I was literally only given 3 count egg and cheese wraps. Not 6. The cashier made a mistake. I ended up going back as I live across the street. I explained this to them and instead of them acknowledging their mistake, they rang me up for 3 more egg and cheese wraps. I don't expect free. But since this was a mistake on their end, I believed that they should have corrected it by making the 3 without charging me. I spent just under $17. I love this location but very unhappy about today.

I called about a job opening and asked to speak with the manager. The worker I spoke to didn't know English and just hung up on me. It would have been nice to show some basic courtesy. If you can't provide a response, at least let me know when the manager will be available.

I ordered from them for my company's needs, and the staff was friendly. They prepared my order of 12 dozen donuts and a box of coffee perfectly.

The staff here is really nice and always kind to me. I visit regularly, and they consistently prepare my coffee just right.
