I went there after being frustrating, not finding another great place to eat. I tell you it wasn't half bad. The food was made quickly, the server was nice, trying her best to translate the French. The food was tasty and not too expensive. Not bad at all.
This is not the address we went to while in Quebec City, we went to 854 Rue St Jean. Which is very centrally located and near the gate into the old City. (Rue St Jean has some interesting shops, so this is worth a stop). Food overall is pretty expensive in Quebec, but this was reasonably priced. We have the chicken pad thai, and the beef Pad Sew, each just under $10 Canadian. It's fresh, it's fast and the portions are very generous. It may not be the best Thai food around, but it's very good and you can't beat the price. If you're doing a lot of walking and need a good, quick, hot bite this is worth checking out.
We ordered four dishes to share. We love Thai food and eat it al the time. It was okay food. It was quick and each dish did taste unique. We found food to be expensive in Canada... this was reasonably priced and decent size servings.
The food at this restaurant was disappointing and lacked authenticity. The Tom Yum soup did not taste like it should, and the fried rice, although slightly better, was too sweet and filled with onions. Overall, the restaurant lacked charm and did not meet expectations.
