Sapristi Champlain - Québec

Best Italian pasta served here. Booking required. Long wait line otherwise. Small place but filled with people. The service is excellent. Very friendly environment. The food tasted equally good. All the pasta we ordered were excellent.

Wonderful, wholesome Italian food. I ordered the Sapristi pasta, which was so earthy and rich especially because of the fior di latte and pine nuts. The bruschetta burst with flavor, particularly the fresh roasted tomatoes. Our waitress was extremely friendly and prompt, as well. Of course, the prime location and amazing food means that you have to make a reservation days before your meal!

We went here for a late dinner on a Thursday night. The food was absolutely incredible, and very reasonably priced. Our server was great and pointed us in the right direction when it came to the best pizza. They have a lot of menu options, and dozens of bottles of wine to choose from. We would highly recommend the spot for a great dinner, or lunch.

One of the finest restaurants in the Old Quebec area for Italian food. Went to this place couple of times. Nice ambiance and vibe. Option for vegetarians. We tried their Margarita Pizza, Bruschetta, Sapristi Pasta and Matchstick Fries. Everything was delicious specially we liked fries, as they were too thin and crispy. Go to place if you are around the area and fan of Italian food. Note: Please make reservation as they are too busy sometimes.

Stopped in Sapristi on rainy afternoon. Just what we needed. Great food service. Pizza crust is crisp yet chewy. Server was very helpful with decisions.
