Restaurant La Piazzetta - Québec

Popped in for a quick lunch. The staff are friendly and it’s comfortable enough. The one star rating is down to the noticeably poor value. Our 34 dollar large pizza was wafer thin with a sort of smear of cheese and tomato on top and some very thinly sliced pepperoni. So whilst you did get the taste of a pizza it certainly wasn’t satisfying nor filling. We’d have been better off with a half decent sandwich.

Lucky to have eaten here during lobster season (June). My pizza was superb. Husband was not so pleased with his pizza; he felt he could do better at Pi.Co in Toronto, where we regularly pick up pies. Service was friendly; nice wines by the glass and beers

We booked the restaurant for dinner on 3rd July using a booking reservation site. When we arrived the restaurant was closed ! Unsure if this was down to the restaurant or the booking agent taking a reservation when the restaurant wasn't open. Communication breakdown somewhere along the line

Glad we made some reservations as on a weekend this place is quite busy. Managed to get a lovely table out on the patio and watched the people stroll by as we sipped some cool drinks. Pizza was really good. Salads perfect! If you're looking for a great place to have lunch or dinner this is definitely a contender!!

Loved the food, the service and the neighborhood. We had a table just outside which was fun as we got to see the tourists and the locale, a caracturist artist who circulated to offer his services, and more. The pizza was excellent as were the salads (spaghetti bolognese nothing special). Very pleased with the service and value!
