Napa Grill - Québec

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience for my family and me. If you're looking for just good burgers, this is not the place - they only serve amazing burgers. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The outdoor seating area is beautiful, but unfortunately, that is the only good thing about this restaurant. The waitress neglected to bring our appetizers, so we had to wait over an hour for our main dishes to arrive. No bread was offered, even though I saw it being served at other tables. My daughter's scallop dish was cold and only had five small scallops the size of quarters. Considering the price of $39, I was expecting more. I ordered the whole fish and discovered that part of it was raw. The staff apologized for the mishaps, but it did not make up for the terrible dining experience.

My wife and I decided to give Napa Grill a try instead of getting back in the car after a long drive. The waiter, while pleasant enough, seemed a bit uninterested and took a long time to take our drink order. It also took longer than anticipated to order our dinner, and our food was slow to arrive at our table. Several other diners who arrived after us received their meals well before us. I wouldn't have minded waiting if the food had been excellent, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The vegetables were tasty, but my steak was very fatty. Overall, I have had better meals for half the price.

Extremely dissapointed food was flavourless, cold and not to mention very small! None of us were able to finish the meal as it was that bad, we had to order
