Hosaka-ya - Québec

A great place for a ramen! Place is tight, table spacing is within an arm’s reach. Parking is by the road or any near garage. Food is great! Quantity and quality is superb. Service is wonderful, i guess our waiter was rafael if im not mistaken. Truly an asset. They accept credit/debit card. Bathroom is a bit unpleasing but would do. If you want a deep talk then probably this is not the place since it gets loud specially when packed. They do have a high chair

The best ramen I have eaten in my life. The place is small. No possibility to make reservation. They have 20 different dishes. The kitchen is open to the restaurant and you can see everything. The waiters are very kind.

My husband and I always enjoy eating at this restaurant when we are in the city. He always gets the Shoyu ramen and I get the miso ramen both are AMAZING. We also always share the takoyaki which are very yummy. Excellent and friendly service and very authentic overall. Highly recommend if you want a break from quebecoise and heavier french and italian cuisine in the city. A little bit out of the way but we love the walk!

I have been back so many times, I said in previous reviews the soup wasn't quite good enough. I disagree with myself now , either they improved or my attitude did. This is without question the best Ramen in Quebec City and I've not had better in other cities either. The consistency is impeccable , it's just as good every time I go back. With CoVid making this more of a destination than a place to go for lunch, it's helped me to realize how much I truly enjoyed it as an option. Now I drive 30 minutes each way to get take out when I can find the time!

This was just down the street from our Airbnb so we decided to check it out. So glad that we did as the food was fresh and tasty...my husband even found something to eat!
