Enzo sushi - Québec

Maybe this is routine in Quebec City sushi places (hope not), but sushi rice was so packed together with vinegar (under fish) that soy sauce was not absorbed at all. concerning, was it seemed sushi rice was hot which made the sushi fish warm... disconcerting! Waiter mentioned that no staff was actually Japanese (maybe a cause for the problems). Ordered Ebi tempura but only got vegetables until kitchen realized foul up.

Hubby and I went about 8 pm on a week night without a reservation and were seated immediately. Servers were polite and spoke decent English. The agedashi tofu was excellent and for $5 Canadian a great value. We also ordered the 25 piece sushi assortment...which was $55. Not as good of a value — i was expecting true sushi but instead received several rolls one of which was fried... and there was not much variety in terms of the selection of fish.. the 2 true sushi items were a little warm to me temperature wise... the ginger side was really good!

The family amd had a fantastic experience. the adult went with the 5 cursor menu and could not be happier. very friendly server, great atmosphere, fantastic eating. highly recommended.

My man and I went for the house specificity of a 5 cursor. I had never before tastier, more creative and softer dishes. the salmon court was to die, the thun-fish tare was the best I ever eaten, and the service was very good,... especially considering that we only closed it 30’ before the kitchen. come back to any event!

Sushi are just delicious! we went several times and took the same order in the rule, we were never disappointed! we recommend it very much!
