The falafel poutine (special for "Fif Week") is delicious, and I would definitely return if I ever find myself in Cap-Rouge again. The decor is charming and the variety of products available is impressive considering the size of the restaurant.
The outside of the restaurant may be plain, but inside, the atmosphere is inviting with a modern wooden style. The portion sizes are ample - so much so that our group of three girls were able to share a bowl of salad. The ingredients used are fresh and locally sourced (60% according to the menu). The homemade fake and grilled peas were delicious.
The salad was excellent and the restaurant had a cozy atmosphere.
This is gluten-free paradise with delicious dishes. Their rooms are all indulgent, delicious, and nutritious. Gluten-free options are clearly indicated and precautions are taken.
Every time I eat at Colibri, the food is excellent and fresh. I never worry about my food being contaminated with gluten as well.
