Cafe In - Québec

Upon entering the restaurant, it was clear that the woman working behind the counter was a skilled barista. She expertly crafted a delicious cortado and even offered our daughter a complimentary cappuccino. She was warm and engaging, making our experience even more enjoyable. The coffee was excellent and the atmosphere of the place was cozy, with locals chatting and relaxing. Additionally, the prices were more affordable compared to Starbucks. For those looking to work or browse the internet, asking for the wifi password is a good idea. Please note that the restaurant may have a new name now, possibly Cantook.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is delicious.

While the Best Western has a lot to be desired, the Cafe In, which is on the first floor of the hotel, is a wonderful spot to grab that quick-to-go breakfast eats and coffee. The staff is welcoming and makes that first-thing in the morning encounter very pleasant. The display of baked goods were tantalizing, but I am a fan of chocolate croissants and my first pick didn't disappoint. One bite into that flaky croissant erupted into chocolate oozing out. It was like eating bread with a dark chocolate candy bar stuffed inside and melted. The coffee is exceptionally good. With other items for every taste - sandwiches, fruit cups, yogurt, etc. - Cafe In was my first visit out the door every morning. So glad it was there and didn't have to walk to Starbucks a block away!
