Cafe 47 - Québec

We walked through the park and saw this cute little restaurant. Had lunch here on our last day which was a Monday. Fortu, no one else was there because there was only one person working and there was 6 of us. She did a great job. We had grilled cheese, brioche canard, and the soup of the day. Everything wa S very good. The restaurant is in the beautiful Parc du Bois. This is a delightful place to sit, eat and chat.

Always scared spending the day at the museum to be ripped off by food. Was impressed by the quality, freshness and price of the food. High recommended. Nice seeting environments both inside and outside.

Café 47 is the in-house restaurant at the Musée de la civilisation in Quebec City.Café 47 offers a "bistro" type menu featuring soups, sandwiches and salads.The decor is airy and bright. The personnel was friendly.We had the Grilled Cheese sandwich as a trio: with a soup and a drink. The soup was given to us right away; we were also given an number and the sandwich was brought to the table when it was ready. The beverage choices included canned soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea. HINT: If you take the coffee, they give you a mug for you to serve yourself. You can go back for seconds if you want too.The café offers access to a roof-top terrace if you are visiting during fine weather.The café is accessible to all, not only Museum patrons. When we visited, workers from nearby offices seemed to be buying lunches to take away.

I was feeling hungry and irritable because I hadn't eaten lunch yet, and sometimes my husband likes to wait until 2-3 PM to eat, which is 5-6 hours after breakfast.

Bel emplacement. le Café cappuccino était délicieux. Le muffin double chocolat aussi. Un peu cher pour les items. Bon service et espace aéré pour s'assoir.
