Bigfoot Burgers - Qualicum Beach

The staff were incredibly friendly, making customers feel welcome. The food quality and serving sizes were above average! Overall, it’s a great place to visit. Personally, I tried the poutine, which I thought was pretty good. The burgers were larger than I expected, and the atmosphere was nice and cool!

I had a serious reaction after dining at the supposedly gluten-free establishment. I brought this to the manager's attention, but it was dismissed with laughter by the owner, which I found incredibly disrespectful. I'm actually contemplating legal action for slander, as I have several witnesses who can attest to the false advertising that caused me significant illness. My experience was far from pleasant, and gluten-free claims should never be casually used as a marketing tactic. I ended up losing three days due to the way I was treated.

The service was excellent. The fries and milkshake were delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a few tasty treats for our dogs, as the staff noticed them with us.

WARNING: Gluten free is not gluten free, its reduced gluten only best. I experienced a horrible reaction. When I brought this to Lauren Lauzer, the managers attention, she was extremely rude belligerent. If you are Celiac or gluten free...AVOID.

Amazing burger. the mushrooms of shroomer and wobble were perfectly tested and they use the right cheese! twill rings were perfectly broken and menu had something for everything. service was good.
