Thai Smile Cuisine - Qualicum Beach

An absolute local gem. The best Thai food ever. So many flavours. Every dish I’ve ever had (and there have been many) are always sooo delicious and fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly and so welcoming. Lucky to have this restaurant in our community.

Now this is what a take out lunch is supposed to look like! Beautiful, fresh food with bright vibrant colors and incredible flavor. This is the Thai smile. I remember from years gone past. Perhaps the last few visits. I had at dinner were just too busy but this is back on track again. Compared to other take out options in the area. This one is a 9 out of 10 instead of a 2. Little things like actually having fresh vegetables in the salad and fresh rice with a beautiful curry- one that has some fresh veg added before serving for color and crunch. Traditional flavors and ingredients and that is what makes this place worth going back to again and again. April 28, 2023. Lunch. Yummy food and friendly people. The veggie green curry with tofu is amazing.

My girlfriend and I have spent a significant amount of time in Thailand. Due to Covid, we have not been able to return, but we can attest that the food at Smiles restaurant is excellent.

We enjoyed Chicken satay, Chicken Cashew nuts, and Broccoli peanut (with chicken) at this restaurant, and all three dishes tasted delicious! The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly despite the constant flow of customers picking up takeout orders.
