Pizzaperta - Pyrmont

I visit here regularly as I work nearby and I've always thought the pizza is excellent. There's a good range that covers all tastes and the bases and myself and friends have always enjoyed our meals.That being said, it is quite an unusual setup which won't appeal to everyone as the outdoor seating and pizza served in boxes creates a takeaway vibe. I often grab a beer with my pizza but I don't ever stick around for a second after eating because it's a grab, eat, go style of eatery. The pizza always arrives promptly but ordering at the cash register and waiting for a drink frequently seems to take longer than it should.The pizza scene is fierce in Sydney and whilst I wouldn't recommend travelling to Pizzaperta, it's definitely worth checking out if you're in the vicinity.

Pino's pizza soggy base and hardly any topping....boring. Buffalo mozzarella & Prosciutto alittle tastier... still a bit soggy, topped with rocket that was not nice horrible black spots all over it... so we picked that off. Not very impressed with this place.

Had a pizza here before going to a show. Worst pizza ever. Very little topping, no flavour and floppy/soggy.The people sitting near to us thought the same. We asked for a refund which was given without a smile or apology. Give this place a miss.

Ordered the marinara pizza and found it really bland with not much flavour or any herbs and spices... the dough was very tasty and woodfired but unfortunately there was no sauce on the base, just cheese that was missing off some slices. I'm not sure I'll order anything again and wished I just got something off uber eats or from the star.

The worst Italian place in Sydney. No service, staff looking bored and upset with costumers. Pizza in take away box, absolutely average type. I was expecting a restaurant, but I found an outdoor place that "wishes" to be Italian, not offering any service to the tables, no lights, heaters not working. Awful experience. Worst thing? Barista absolutely rude, not Italian, for sure willing to be somewhere else. My advice to Italian people is to choose a different place to have a good dinner!
