Degustation only menu but varied enough and filling. <br/ <br/ Favorite dish was the celeriac gratin: beautifully layered and delicate with an added extra of seasonal truffle shavings on top. Flavourful but also fragrant and delicately crafted layer technique.<br/ <br/ Mocktails were very nice would definitely have again.<br/ <br/ All in all a really great dining experience with a stunning quiet view, great service and impeccable presentation. Highly recommended.
Been here twice and they never failed to impressed me, the food always been amazing and excellent service just incredible! This is a place that i would highly suggest as must-visit in Sydney!
Such a special dining experience! Beautiful views and ambience. The food was amazing. I loved everything except the tomato dish (the photo with jelly). My favourite dishes were lamb, pie, taco, and the agnolotti. The agnolotti had some sort of liquid cheese in it and was definitely my favourite. Favourite cocktail was the Gino.
Best meal I’ve had in Sydney to date, dishes were really interesting and innovative, with each course presenting me with bite-sized pieces of pleasure. The plating of the dishes also stood out to me and were as interesting as the dishes themselves. <br/ <br/ My only gripe was that I went at lunch and were at the mercy of the hot sun as we were sitting at the window -suggest coming for dinner for better ambience
Fantastic experience dining here! Every single meal was so unique and well presented. All the flavours in each dish were incredible and matched together perfectly.
