Went here with my boyfriend as it is just close by our apartment.
Tastes awfulI've tried this place several times and it's been disappointing on each occasion.
I used to live in Pyrmont so I always dine here with family members or friends. Some of my dates were done here too lol. Each time, I visit this side of Sydney, I'd park on the side or inner street (between Prymont and Harrison Street) just next to the Paragon building (cheapest parking fees I know) and you can sneak in from time to time if you have gone over the parking limit to top up, just in case you have not finished dining within an hour or two lol. I actually enjoy the Japanese food here especially before they changed either management or ownership altogether. It was quite disappointing at the outset because the previous management or owner used to serve 'deep fried oyster' which was so delicious. They have stopped serving this dish under the new management or owner. Nevertheless, I still enjoy their Sushi and Sashimi. The place is clean, food is awesome, and the ambiance is great.
My wife and I went there for dinner last night and she had the Wagyu Beef. Very soon after, she felt ill with headaches, stomach pains, watery stools and more. That has lasted even today. This afternoon, I called the restaurant to let them now and as soon as I asked for the name of the manager, they hung up. I tried calling back several times, but mysteriously, the phone has been busy for the last 30 minutes.
