Biaggio Cafe - Pyrmont

Amazing coffee and deserts, been here twice, didn't let me down. The decor is ok, but the waterside view with coffee is just a perfect combination altogether. The staffs are welcoming too, very nice people. Will surely come again.

The coffee here is not that great, always comes out way too hot (like scalding and burnt) in my experiences, and the service could also improve.

Came here for brunch! I didn't mean to come here at that time but just walking around Pyrmont and found it! People chilling there outside, with a nice view of harbour. It's the very best chill place to chill when you have the good weather. Had a egg benedict (free range poached eggs, crispy bacon which was juicy and delicious, with house made sauch on an English muffin) and banana bread with coffee. These were tasty and love it. And the staff are friendly. I had a good time.

This is possibly the worst cafe ever. Im never this brutal however I do not know how this place is still open? oh wait it's because idiots like me have given it THREE chances! Thats roughly 5 days tho in the time frame they run with there. The food is average at best if you ever get it!!! We were greeted by staff then ignored for 20mins. We asked for menus- then 20mins later order was taken. Not even coffees were bought out after snothet HALF AN HOUR!!! while 5 sleezy staff members gauked at us!!? So where are the coffees let alone meals?! "Oh sorry that order didn't print" we were the only people there! What did the staff think we were doing there??!! So they offer us some free cakes to make up for it? Mate I'm hungover and starving I don't want your stale cake- I'm also gluten and dairy free which I told the same waitress that bought the cakes as I questioned the whole menu!! WHAT!!! CAKE? PFFFFFT! Finally after 1.5 hrs of my life have passed me by we have meals put down in front of us that were average at best and by this stage I'm so hungry I could eat a whole house, I'm served 1 egg with my breakfast when I specifically checked if it came with 2.... twice!! While we are scoffing our food the waiter approaches and says "would you guys like the order?" Ummmm REALLY?!!! We've been here for 2 hrs and have plates in front of us!!! You've ruined my day and my opinion of hospitality! Save your money and AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE! ALL THE RIGHT GEAR NO IDEA!!! ( LOCATION AND SETTING GREAT- STAFF AND FOOD ID RATHER EAT FROM A BIN WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE AT LEAST THEY WOULD REALIZE WE WERE EATING)
