Penang Road Famous Teochew Chendul

Hi there I usually order from your place at IOI recently on your grab there was kuay teow unavailable for kuay teow soup however I wrote down the instructions no mee hoon despite picking the mee hoon as I was told that your shop has kuay teow option available when called. Hence upon pick up of my item I told your guy at the counter of the issue on grab so that he may do something about it since there is kuay teow available in shop but the option to pick it on grab was not. The person was so rude he immediately started telling me it was not his problem and to just take and leave. He even started showing fouls signs and speaking rudely. I am not trying to be self entitled as I too am in the food business and I understand how customers can be so self entitle however there should be some basic decency towards your customers especially since I was speaking nice to your server who was at the cashier. This incident took place at 9.20pm 9.30pm on 7/7/2023 at IOI City Mall, Penang Road Famous Teo Chew Chendul Store. Kindly do something about your grab options and please see to it that your cashiers are not rude towards customers in the future. Thank you and have a nice day

Not like old times, now just a normal cendol. The ice is like all in one big piece and covered with melted ice and santan.

Actually surprising acceptable. Laksa light taste not spicy quite okay. Nasi Lemak taste well too. Ice Kacang not bad, portion is big for two person to share. However the surrounding can be a little bit dirty when crowded, hopefully the management can pay attention with the hygiene next time. Tissues only available at the counter which is not friendly at all.

Ordered original Chendol and ais kacang. Chendol was good but not using gula melaka. Ais kacang flavoured with sarsi nice and not sweet. The asam laksa not tasty and flavourful as before.

Quality of cendol dropped tremendously, the cendol is tasteless no melaka gula fragrance. I suspect the coconut milk is from packet, nt freshly made. Disappointed!!
