Sano Banano - Puntarenas

We stayed at their sister resort in the town and decided to have refreshments here whilst on a wonder. The waiter was lovely and friendly, and we had good iced coffees. He told us some information about local events and we took his advice. We returned the next day to thank him and also purchased some of their dried fruits.

Pleasant atmosphere with good food and service. The price was ballpark for a nice restaurant. The tables were well-spaced in a jungle-like setting with a good menu.

People were friendly and helpful, food was awful and horrendously expensive, even for Costa Rican prices!! Much nicer (smaller) restaurants in walking distance Cocolores being one I'd highly recommend.

Place has a cool ambience and hands down an awesome service! Everyone who works here really tries to help and accommodate the guest. I had the Casada breakfast which was alright but also had Tico ceviche which was great! They don’t automatically charge tip like rest of the Costa Rica so I made sure to include that in my bill. Again, to the service and people who work here!

Great food, service and environment! Came back here for lunch and dinner. Selling points: amazing service! (Some of the best I’ve had in CR) lovely environment and outdoor patio area many many options! great for vegetarians and vegans! (Meat options also good) great drinks very reasonable prices good quality and healthy! Don’t waste your time and just go here if you are in Montezuma!
