Celajes Monteverde - Puntarenas

Really good food, great cocktails, friendly service and a beautiful sunset view from the patio. They have a bunch of vegan options. I ordered the loaded nachos and the mushroom pasta. They turned on the heaters after sunset which kept us nice and warm :

The food is delicious and the service is very attentive. The view is simply stunning, We enjoyed our time at Celajes. Only thing we would have preferred a more “local” menu.

So good I had to go back the next day. Great views of mountains and the Pacific. The cocktails were the best ever. Everyone here friendly. There is a beer garden with live music just a short walk away through the garden. Truly fabulous and memorable.

A foodie here. I went to Celajes twice during my stay and enjoyed every single dish and cocktail I ordered. The food is fresh, interesting, local, and well cooked. The cocktails are original and delicious, focusing on local botanicals. If you love good food and drink this is an amazing place to visit.
