J&k's Cafe - Punta Gorda

They catered for my workplace, which had around 140 people. I was one of the last guests to be served before they closed. The service was friendly, and the food was excellent!

Everything is consistently prepared exactly as I requested, and it's always fantastic.

The Buffalo chicken wrap was enormous and expertly prepared. I often order Buffalo chicken wraps, and this one is the best I've had in town, even better than those from Publix, haha!

The girl working in the kitchen was extremely rude and unpleasant. She appeared stressed and overwhelmed, but that doesn't excuse her behavior. The employees were unhelpful and downright disrespectful, especially towards older customers. It’s truly appalling; they should be ashamed of themselves. I tried to speak with Rosemary, but her response was, "I wish I could help you, but I don’t know how to do this." It was clear that she wasn’t willing to assist, making the whole experience frustrating.

We are new residents of Punta Gorda 33950 and decided to use DoorDash to pick up our order. The food was fantastic! My Philly cheesesteak was still hot, the fries were delicious, and my wife was very pleased with her meal. We will definitely be ordering again!
