The Perfect Caper - Punta Gorda

We adore Perfect Caper and visit as frequently as possible. During our recent visit, we opted to share an entree (Pappardelle Mushrooms) so we could try a variety of appetizers. The heirloom tomatoes mozzarella salad was an absolute standout, making my mouth water as I think about it. The steamed mussels were as delicious as ever, and my personal favorite was the fried hen of the woods mushrooms with the amazing ricotta/goatcheese/truffle oil and magic sauce. Simply incredible.

I don’t have a negative thing to say. Everything was top notch! We did not like the fact that we were seated next to a table of sales reps snoozing a Dr so I asked to move tables and they were glad to accommodate. Service , perfect, food is amazing. This is the best meal we have eaten in quite awhile!!! Loved it!

It’s always a joy to dine here, the food is fantastic, the drinks are creative and I love the options for non alcoholic cocktails, and you must save room for dessert. We were here for my MIL’s birthday and she loved it! As always, will be back and will bring others.

We frequent Perfect Caper often as it has become a favorite for us. The food and service are exceptional, making every dining experience a delight.
