Grand Cana - Punta Cana

This hotel is beautiful, anywhere you see. As an All inclusive resort, I was shocked that the food was exceptional. From buffet to chic dinner places, service and taste is top notch. I must mention that Juan and Andy have provided a concierge service to us that facilitated last-minute changes, swimming with the dolphins, a special honeymoon candlelight dinner for us and travel preparations for all 17 people we were with. The waiting staff at the buffet was also amazing, especially Marilyn and Andres. Ask for them:

I want to recognize Alvaro Fernandez, he was our personal Butler/Concierge. He was excellent with customer service, friendly and appealing. He made the experience so amazing with his attention to detail. If I come back, I'll ask Alvaro personally. Thank you for great experience.

The hotel itself is gorgeous with various activities and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff all have great attitudes and are extremely helpful. During my stay Ricardo De La Rosa has been my families butler and has been nothing but exceptional. He has helped us book excursions and dinner/lunch reservations. He has become a great friend and someone who we trust.

Had a wonderful and relaxing time in the Paradisus Grand Cana. All employees were so welcoming! Shout to Jackson Pie, who was our bartender during our stay.
