Bahia Principe Fantasia Punta Cana

The staff is amazing in Fantasia. Always a smile on her faces. I felt that everyone has gone out of the way to support us and give us a great experience overall. The food was great, also the service. I have no bad thing to say, everything was five stars! I would recommend Fantasia to everyone and I'm sure I'll be back a day!

Very nice place for an all inclusive. The Fantasia Resort is mainly on children with its castles, children's water park, children's zone, etc... So if you are not a big fan of children and whatever comes with them choose one of the other Bahia resorts here. The staff here is very friendly, courteous and helpful. If you need something, it's always easy to find an employee. Not all speak English, but in this case they will bring someone to help you. The food is also good. The buffet food is of good quality, but because it is hot climate and food remains there for hours some things can go bad. My daughter had a light food poisoning after having a prosciutto and chocolate milk for breakfast... But that was an exception. All other buffet food was fresh and tasteful. They even try to make some small variations from day to day so that people are not tired of the same food every day. The restaurants for the guests are just great. We visited 9 of them during our stay and loved almost all. Whatever we did not like was the question of our taste, not the quality of food or service. It is nice to change swim outfits to something nice and go to a restaurant for dinner. Apart from that the facilities are usually clean (there were a few napkins in the pool, but hey there are a lot of kids who fall things), the room was quite spacious, the bathroom was in a good condition, most of the times there were enough sun loungers at the pool. Oh, another thing to mention Fantasia has its own part of the beach, so you don't have to compete with people from other resorts for a place on the beach. If this is your cup of tea, you can spend all day on the beach as there is a buffet and a bar right on the beach. In summary, I'm not a big fan of all inclusive vacations, but I can say that if we decide to have another holiday so, it's very likely that we'll come back here instead of going somewhere else. I can definitely recommend this place for families with children who want to relax and enjoy.

Bahia Principe Fantasia has offered us a fantastic family-centered holiday. Almost everything about the resort was wonderful the service, the staff, the pools, the rooms, etc. The food was plentiful and varied, but not wonderful, so do not go there if you are looking for a culinary delight. The conversation was also disappointing a few nights we were there. However, we had a wonderful holiday in the sun with our children. Very recommended!

I was here in Bahia Principe Fantasia a few years ago and it's easy on my top 5 favorites! Everything is beautiful from the moment you enter the gates until the day you go. The bright white architecture and the great size of everything make you feel like you in paradise. With the castle in the middle of the resort and the pool around it. The location is great with a beautiful beach and blue water. Also near Punta Cana airport. The rooms are a great highlight, they are massive, stunning, clean and tidy. Well done by the mastery. Staff and service were great, but they did not explain all the characteristics of the resort when we arrived. Like activities, events and what possibilities they offer. The dishes, restaurants and bars were great. Fantasia is amazing for children, family, friends and couples. It's a real fantasy here!

We just came back after staying for a week . We are a family of 5. All I can say is wow! This is the best resort I have ever stayed in! The food was excellent, the hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. My kids loved the entertainment. The staff is wonderful! Especially Carmen at the main lobby bar in the evening. She served us every night with such care! She memorized our favourite drinks and made my kids feel extra special for their birthday! We left a few days ago and my kids are still talking about her! I can’t say enough great things about this resort. I will definitely go back!
