Rashays Punchbowl

The worst experience I had, I and my friend went out to have a meal together, I didn't know it was the most dishonest worker I ever met. there was a young worker for 16 years, who took care of a section on herself, think they, the restaurant was very busy, she did such a great job on herself. as I went up this disastrous worker who worked to swear and scream to the young lady until she actually made her scream, I am so disgusted in the way this lady talked to her, no common courtesy that her customers were listening to everything, this is so a toxic work place that should not be tolerated, that this young situation began to weep

That was found in my accusations. that was after we were told that there was no good after we got our food, so we had to wait for them to be cute after the cold of our food and only to eat, as nothing else eats. while looking for the cutlery of the manager gives other workers responsible for this problem. After I waited so long and was told to a manager, was too busy in a meeting, I had to stand up and talk to a chef to inform them about the matter and let them know that none of the children was dessert was given to us. we had to wait far over 10 o'clock for dessert after we get dessert, we come home without opening a lid, as we opened it and my son begins to eat, he cries and tells us that there is a bug in the ice cream, we have a look and that is what we find. Never go here. I called again to explain what happened and was told that we didn't buy from her load.

Pretty good steak and pasta gloomy good and good employees

We went to eat last night after rashays punchbowl. we ordered four dishes and drinks. the drinks are watery from any reason in this special rashays! I usually love rashays drinks, but punchbowl franchise is a total disappointment when it comes to food quality and service. had to stand up from the table to get the staff attentiveness to cut me (yes, it was not served on the table before the food came.) the staff gave only fork on the table. my friend ordered chili prawn pasta and it was so watery and did not look like it was boiled properly. the garnels were normal temperature. eating was not hot at all. the steak was good, but the lasange and pitabrot was very dry. I visited rashays ryde on the same day for lunch, but their drinks and food quality were the usual beats that were known earlier. I was disappointed at how the same food and drinks tasted so different quality between two restaurants.

Rashays was always our go to resturant, a place that we supported during lockdown however they have really dropped their quality. The food is more expensive now and the portion are really small. Got served a seafood basket with really less items on it. Asked for a fillet of barramundi and got the smallest fillet which came out raw and when brought to the manager's attention, she didn't even apologise and and was so cold! The sticky date pudding was overly sweet and the chefs are rude, yelling on the wait staff. Especially shocked at the manager's customer service who couldn't even apologise for serving raw fish!!!!!previously as well we got served dry beef party in the burgers, food came out cold and the cheese in the pasta was off with a foul smell! But since the last visit, we have decided not to go to rashays anymore. Had two terrible experiences!!! Never going again.
