I get coffee from every Dunkin Donuts it's always the same no matter where you go they are consistent with having fresh coffee every minute of the day and always good service polite employees

Never been to a worse Dunkin’. The women that work first thing in the morning are absolutely terrible. They mess up the order and they will respond with “you said” umm actually I order this order everytime I go to any Dunkin’ I didn’t just decide today to order my order the way you incorrectly made it. I love out of state and every single time we visit this location we deal with these same rude women. Get a new job if you’re going to be so miserable.

I got a matcha latte with less ice, and the blond man who served was totally rude. I gave so much ice in my drink that I couldn't put it in a grudge. I went through and showed him the drink and the reception and he was very angry, then he let him say, "have fun"

Tee ordered, get coffee because they didn't have a tee. drink a block later coffee away. I wouldn't have chosen anything. no choice and no substitution of my choice that would have been the one to handle it. seriously w I understand that the workers are hard to find, but so is my hard earned money that I threw out the window.
