The Lakeside - Pulaski

What a great hidden gem!! We stumbled across this place while heading home from the beach and I'm so glad we stopped! The chicken n biscuits was recommended by the waitress and my fiance got the burger. We were both blown away! Everything was cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. The portions are more than enough, but I could have had 2 plates easily! The restaurant is very clean and well kept and the staff are all very friendly. The owner herself came over just to check in. We will make a point to stop here every time we are out this way. Thank you for an amazing meal!!

Alway's excellent food and generous portions with a friendly atmosphere and the owner alway's goes around to every table to make sure that everything was satisfactory with your meal,where else do you get that kind of hospitality.We alway's recommend this place to people

What an amazing experience this evening!! The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly. The menu choices are incredible. The food...WOW!!! I cannot say enough positive about the Lakeside. If you're in the Pulaski area and want an excellent meal, go to the Lakeside!!!

Our lodge customers gave it great reviews so we had to give it a try. Cozy little place, friendly atmosphere and most importantly GREAT BREAKFAST. We had eggs benedict and homefries, highly recommend trying this great place. Great tasting coffee too!

You know those old timey restaurant roadside sogns that said, Eat Here ? Well, this IS definitely one of those establishments!! We went for the Friday night Fish fry. Good heavens!! Jokingly I asked the waitress, ' Are you sure you sure you 'll have enough fish for anybody else? Delightfully hot and crispy batter with succulent, tender flaky haddock. Several sides are offered we chose onion rings and my personal favorite sweet potato fries. Yum!!! Along with finely chopped coleslaw. Even though it was super busy, ALL the staff continued to seat customers, take orders, and managed to stay smiley and sweet, never making anyone feel rushed or as if they were a bother. And, staff cheerfully helped each other out!! A very nice touch was seeing the owner, Nancy, personally greet regulars and visit tables to ask how things were. We have been several times for ice cream outside, but this was our first time ' eating in '. We definitely will be back!! Thank you for reviving this restaurant Nancy and crew!! Sucess to you!!
