Wonderful restaurant in Pula. We had a pleasant lunch sitting on an outdoor terrace, in the shade of a wonderful tree. Excellent Sardinian cuisine revisited in a gourmet version. All delicious, from the cillurgiones, clams and bottarga, to a delicious seadas cooked like a raviolione and topped with fresh sauce, sausage and cheese, fabulous tuna and desserts no less. Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. Just one note. For those who, like us, order wine by the glass, this should be served directly from the bottle, in front of the customer and also made to try it before serving it, rather than bringing two glasses directly (even if the waitress knew what wine she served us).
