Tacos Revolucion - Puerto Vallarta

Really tasty meats and fresh tacos. Reasonable prices. Nice ambience. My favorite taco place in PV.

I’m not sure what place I visited today, but based on these reviews it seems like it wasn’t Taco Revolucion. The service was terrific. The guacamole was delicious, but the tacos were straight up average. I would be willing to gov another try, but I was underwhelmed.

Things I wish we knew when we first ate there: Order at least three tacos if you want a full meal (tacos are small ; there is a condiments bar for you to build your own (pretty bland and boring to eat without the fixings!! ; order tacos with more than just one filling (again pretty boring with JUST nopales, or JUST hibiscus... ; two of the three salsas they bring to your table have dairy in them; order the guacamole, you'll get a guac mountain!!

My husband just asked them to make a bunch of varied vegan tacos. They made us two tacos each of: hibiscus and beets, mushroom and bean, soy/tofu chorizo, and fajita veggies. W delicious salsa and cucumber toppings !

Excellent tacos and have option for maize tortillas. Very understanding of celiac disease.
