Excelente servicio, ambiente y música. Su mixología es digna del mas exigente paladar y su gastronomía aunque no mejor que años anteriores, aun sigue siendo de las mejores en la bahía.
To recap our experiences, we were served by the same server in both occasions, Josue. He not only provided poor services as a server but also made our visit extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming in subsequent visit: Sept 4 8:15PM reservation 1. While serving Chicharrón de Pulpo, he failed to pick up food items and also ended up in dropping multiple items on the table. He did not acknowledge his service error whatsoever 2. While serving Churros, he covered drizzles very unevenly and almost poured the entire cup onto the drizzle by mistake. This resulted in chocolate drizzle overwhelming the taste of churros entirely, resulting very bitter flavor profile. He yet again acknowledged any issue on his side. Sept 6 9:15PM reservation 1. He was unable to communicate fluently for ordering. My partner attempted to order in both English and Spanish and it took several attempts before he took the order. I don’t know if this was intentional or due to incompetency. 2. Due to the previous issue, he could not or refused to take feedback on the quality of the food provided to us. This was created a poor experience as the sea bass we ordered was “worse than airplane food” in which he ignored my partner’s (who ordered the dish) comments 3. He made the dining experience extremely uncomfortable by attempting several uninteresting jokes about our last visit, as well as unsolicited comments such as restroom behind behind my partner’s chair. This was almost a verbal harassment or attack. 4. He moved around salsa containers on the table with his hands covering and one time finger dipped into one of the jars. This can pose a risk to anyone’s health if the food is contaminated. 5. When paying the bill and asked for tipping, he expressed dissatisfaction in the amount and pretended to not understand my communication or the quality of his service was the issue. He subsequently refused to close the bill and asked for another server to act on his behalf.
