Cold beer pesos ever. each gets chips and wonderful salsa freshly made. Garlic and ceviche are their specificity. rosie is always there with a smile. A really sweet Mexican palapa joint, where chicken and truth teeth run around the cats and dogs so that after the...round of the golf on vista is over. it is a much better place to have a beer with the young. the overpriced clubhaus an vista the hotel is located right in front of the entrance to the golf course vista vallarta.

We played golf at vista vallarta and then went over the road to rosie’s, a dach restaurant with the best tacos round. a few rosies tacos, a dietary coke, corona or margarita and the day is perfect. rosie is the most beautiful lady who lived in California for many years before she went to home to pw and opened her own place. it is in a rural contrary full of cats and dogs and chickens, truthühner, kühe, etc. it is a very pleasant experience to meet them, to talk to them, and bask in the serenity of their place.

The garnelen chimichanga is the best I ever had. rosie prepares all meals - incredibly fresh. it is a wonderful place to stop after a round golf at vista vallarta.

This place is across the road from Vista Vallarta golf course and is a must stop after your round. Terrific snacks. I would recommend the guacamole it is fresh made. Also chos with frioles and cheese. Rosie makes her own cheese on site and it is wonderful. The beer is coldest in Puerto. The cart/bag guys will gladly run you over in a cart and Rosie will call the clubhouse for cabs. Will never miss Rosie's again.
