Mirador Bistro Grill - Puerto Vallarta

My husband and I had most of our meals at the Mirador and we thoroughly enjoyed all meals. In the 9 days that we were there, I chose only two breakfast items: the Mexican Burrito and an awesome breakfast sandwich which was my favorite.

We have greatly enjoyed the Mirador for breakfast and lunch during our stay at the Sunset Plaza. The servers are very helpful and attentive. They have lots of options and can accommodate dietary (GF) requests.My wife loved the fresh fruit with yogurt and the salmon omelette for breakfast and I've thoroughly enjoyed the Baja Fish Tacos for lunch. Mucho Bueno!

Staff was attentive, our main waiter Clemente was very good, food was great, lots too choose from. They also had Buffett dinner nights. BBQ grilled hamburgers, fish, chicken, room service too.

This restaurant is the "general' restaurant for the Sunset Plaza Beach Resort and Spa. My wife and I ate Breakfast and Lunch here for most of our weeks vacation. Our waiter Clemente, was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. He suggested I try the Mexican items, Enchiladas Verde and the Poblano Peppers for breakfast and he was right - they were VERY good. They have something for everyone from Bacon and Eggs for breakfast to Hamburgers for lunch.

We had breakfast here daily and several other meals. Service was good and food was hot and fresh. We recommend it!
