Inizio - Puerto Vallarta

Another delightful evening with a very attentive staff. Even though the restaurant was full, we were well attended by Angel, Abraham and Maria. We were treated to a spectacular sunset as we sipped on our 2 for 1 cocktails. Delicious tortilla soup and the Caesar salad was beautifully presented and had a tangy dressing. We will be back to try the Friday Italian night this week.

The restaurant Inizio at Raintree Club has made a special evening on earth and the Lights-Out campaign here in Vallarta. A beautiful setting on the sandy beach with delicious grill ribs, steak and chicken and a beautiful buffet with salads and side dishes. I had room for Dessert! Excellent service by Jonathan, Antonio and Maria. Two for a Mojitos were excellent! The saxophonist’s live music was the perfect touch for a candlelight evening at sunset. We're coming back!
